Soft Contact Lenses

The contact lens exam entails choosing from a variety of the latest lens selections and ensuring that the best lens design is chosen for optimal vision and comfort. The soft contact lenses can be tailored for an astigmatism, monovision, and mulifocal fit and are available in daily disposables, 2-week and monthly replacement modalities. 

Specialty Contact Lenses

Our office also offers a line of contact lenses for our hard-to-fit contact lens patients. The hybrid contact lens consists of a central gas-permeable (GP) lens material to provide exceptional optics, breathability, and durability, while the outer skirt is made of a soft lens to maintain lasting comfort throughout the day. These specialty lenses offer a great alternative for patients who are looking for crisp, high-definition vision that cannot be obtained through traditional soft lenses. These include patients who require a high myopic, hyperopic, astigmatic, or complex multifocal correction.

The hybrid class of contacts also provide a unique lens specifically designed for patients with keratoconus - a progressive disease that leads to the gradual thinning of the corneal surface overtime. Its special design allows the central GP lens to create a smooth front surface over the irregular cornea, thereby enabling it to achieve optimal vision, as the soft skirt ensures a long-lasting comfortable fit.
